Located with no more than 30 minutes in any direction to all the major attractions of the Boise, Meridian, Nampa area and right in the middle of the Treasure Valley. Features 3 bedrooms, Master Suite has 175 Channel ROKU/Sling Service, wall mounted and elevated flat screen TV, Master Bathroom has granite counters and dual vanities, Hardwood entry, kitchen, and dining room. Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large 2 car garage will accommodate almost any passenger vehicle or pickup truck. Upscale subdivision has what is considered the best community pool in the valley and it is open from Memorial Day to past Labor Day. You are only minutes to the newest and finest mall in Idaho, The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, snow skiing, you name it and we probably have it. Rated as the safest city in the United States using weather extremes and low crime rate as the criteria.

Great Long Weekend Stay!
This house is exactly as described, no surprises. Clean with a well maintained quiet neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the house! It came with everything you need. My advice would be to go to the house first and then go shopping. There was stuff we bought we didn’t need. Darrell and Laurie are awesome!! We really enjoyed our stay.
