Management/staff went out of their way to make my stay uncomfortable. It was suspicious when I first checked in and was informed that they did not allow visitors at all. Did anybody had to have their ID announce their arrival. In that lecture I was also informed that I could go if I wanted to “ Walk over to the Chevron station if I need a snack or something” I reply was pretty sarcastic and that was “ i’m not checking jail after all” sarcasm went right over his head, but I was a bit astonished this front desk manager was telling me that I had permission to leave at night. The next day check out I was awakened at 8 AM by the front manager, knocking on the door” Remaining me, the checkout was at 11. This is initiated, anxiety attack by I am still managing. This front desk manager, then proceeded to interrupt me packing up three times time telling me checkouts at 11 the last time telling me ‘your times up. I’m calling the authorities.” it was the only 1052. I was then forced to leave the door to the room open to the outside world because it was a motel while I finished getting dressed” and putting my shoes on. I got dressed and everything out in front of the room by 11:12 AM at which time I was told “because I wasn’t out at 11 and it’s well past that I have forfeited my $50 deposit” He refused to budge From that stand even when I told him your interruptions or the reason I Was 12 minutes l late” In addition to this review, I am complaining Expedia

They immediately kept my deposit & failed to tell me i needed to come back to the office at check out or they'll keep my deposit. Believe all the nasty reviews you read about this place, cuz they're all true. I really appreciate the lady working at the front desk this morning working with me & getting my deposit back at least. I understand its a run down motel & you get what you pay for, but my lord this was bad. Go stay at Motel 6, literally anywhere but here.

Don't stay here unless you have to. Cheap is nice, but it's dirty, towels are awful old things. Sheets are tattered... it's that bad. Wiring is bad, smells old. Not good

Bed had been slept in an linens not changed, trash on the flòor, tub running continuously, no curtains on the windows, uncooperative staff. What a nightmare. Refused to return my 2nd night I had paid for although I was not going to stay there.

When I put the address in for Budget Inn in Boise, it said permanently close. Well it wasn’t and should have been. Where to start: 1. The owner parks his car under the awning where guess are to check in. 2. It’s a U-haul storage business. They park the big trucks in the parking spots, right in front of your room. So you have to walk around them to get into your room. Very sad situation! 3. I had to sit in bed and wipe my feet off before crawling into bed. The floor was that dirty. 4. The hot water was an orange/rust color coming out of the sink. 5. WiFi would drop all the time. 6. TV wasn’t working properly on local channels. Scattered picture, one could view. There was sound. 7. The bed spread top cover had holes, that my feet would stick through. 8. Sneaky billing…they had a deposit of $50.00, which was no problem, all motels have this. But, if you did not go to the office and check out, when time to leave, with your credit card, they would add it to your bill. So, if you needed to leave early, before the office opened. You were out of luck, and charged. 9. I had to go ask at the office for wash clothes. As there was none in the room. 10. My recommendation: Stay away!

The woman at the front desk is mean, abusive, and yells at you. At check out, I was screamed at, threatened, and then locked out of the lobby for no reason. There were used needles in the parking lot. I had to cancel my credit card and call the police while traveling because they threatened to charge it over and over again.

Entire room smelled like cigarettes. The wiring of some of the lights were sticking out. Shower did not drain and neither did bathroom sink. Towels were literally brown and.black and once confronted, their response was that they knew. The shower even spitted out brown water for a few minutes. Gross place, don't save money, go somewhere more safe.

IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The water in the bathtub looked like sewage water. Dead bugs on the floor in the tub, and the room. Sheets had stains, lights did not work. After all of this I asked for a refund the owner comes out screams at myself and the gal working the desk and refuses to get a refund and blamed the city. Yelled at me for asking for a refund, and essentially told me to kick rocks. I did not get a refund and did not stay in that room or the hotel.

The towels and wash cloths were stained look like old grease rags. Walls and door haven’t been cleaned. The sheet on the bed had a big rip. Was booked for two nights. Only stayed one night found a better motel that was clean and cheaper

The picture in the ad was not the same as the rooms on the property. This was false advertising and I didn't even stay. I checked out immediately. The shower curtain was being held up with a couple of two by fours, there was no toilet paper roll to hold the toilet paper, there was a set of old ratty curtains that didn't cover the window properly. The bathroom door was duck taped together and didn't close properly and the bed spread had cigarette burns and stains. The room was not the room shown in the ad on the website, it was a bait and switch scam.

Property is nice enough able to park in front of my room. Looking forward to having breakfast at the cafe. One problem I did have was that my map program show this property as being permanently closed, had me worried but I had faith in Expedia.

Old & run down; fair place to sleep but nothing else. On 4th day of stay, staff switched out furniture in room unannounced and tracked in dirt & let flies in room. Also left us with non working tv and not enough outlets due to new position of small fridge. We had to untangle tv & tv box wires & hook everything up ourselves to get it working

Room sheets were dirty. Bathroom was way outdated. We used a spy detector app to look for hidden cameras and a few things popped up as sketchy items (they were highlighted as red, meaning possible camera). My friend was walking to the vending machine and the lady owner told her not to hang around the area... owner was discriminating against my friend... Totally unacceptable. The other workers there were very nice though and apologized for the way we were being treated.

This place could use some work. The bathroom in my room smelled of urine. The shiwer pressure was nice and the towels were clean. The bed was horrible. There were lots of stains and the linen had me itching through the night. I would not recommend this place until they get someone in there who sprices the place up.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The manager is an absolutely insane person who screamed at me and threatened me then told me to “F” off with one of her poor employees that I was just talking to. Multiple crack heads, meth addicts and other men knocked on my door. I’ve never been scared anywhere in the world but I was here.

Indian and/ Pakistan looking woman, manager I believe, was earful rude most unfriendly person I have ever encounter. Needless to say the place is in horrible conditions, dirty inside and out, rusted bathtub, dirty fridge, etc… awful place. The worst part definitively the rude manager’s attitude in general, no one respectful decent word came out of that woman’s mouth, from the burgeoning made me feel unwelcome by asking if I was at the right place. I do NOT advise anyone to stay at this place!!! Not worth it at all. Then they charge a $50 deposit and make sure to check out bumpers on or you would not get tryout money back. The even have the nerve to check the dirty earful room before crediting the deposit!! Stay elsewhere, sleeping in your car may be better choice than this place.

It was very pleasant. The young lady Aleina Devin checked us in quite late and checked us out the next morning. She was very welcoming and it was a nice gesture especially since we had been traveling all day. Your company would benefit greatly by having people like her working for you. I will definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

It was the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. We almost just left even though it was non- refundable; the guy who checked us in was a complete jerk, the absolute most horrible customer service I've experienced. The room was awful. A huge picture on the wall was hanging crooked by one nail, the only "comforter/blanket" on the bed was ripped everywhere, several stains that looked like blood on the carpet and we were charged a $50 "incidental" deposit (which took 4 days to get back) and there were no "incidentals" in the room/fridge to even put a deposit down for. When we went to the front office to check out, the attendant made us stand there and wait while he hollered "room check" over his radio and he wouldn't check us out until the guy on the other end of the radio came back and told him that we hadn't destroyed the room. It was insulting and had to be the the most unbelievable "thanks for staying with us farewell" I've encountered. It made us feel like we were criminals. I will never stay there again even if it's the only hotel available. I'd rather sleep in my car. That place should be condemned.

Fantastic Value
I wanted a reasonably-priced place to stay for a few nights near the Greenbelt. This was a block-and-a-half away. The office was neat with many plants. The person at registration was pleasant and professionally dressed. I would recommend live plants in the pots outside the office door, but other than that - the motel had good signage, updated and neutral-tones facade. The parking lot was in need of repair and resurfacing, but that is a big ticket item and likely in the works for this old motel. Sharing the parking lot is a breakfast diner that seemed to have a solid, local patronage and around the corner from that is a McD's. The temp was high 90's during my stay and the wall a/c unit worked great. As in all old motels, the interior was a mixed-bag and to be expected for the price. The TV screen was big enough. The furniture matched. The flooring was laminate in the bed area. The tub was large. The refrigerator was large for a mini and worked well, as did the microwave. The bed was comfortable (I would lose the bedskirt as that is a dated look). The blackout draperies completely closed. Bring extra pillows if you like more than two. The towels were clean, though inexpensive and sometimes stained a bit. The room was very clean and the staff I saw was always engaged in their work. It was really quiet as motels go!

Bathtub and sink took hours to drain. The phones are not hooked up. The cleaner took the towels and didn't replace them. Had to ask twice and throw a tantrum to get more. Do not reccomend. I will not return ever.

I made this reservation with expedia for a pet friendly hotel for one night and when I checked in they charged me an extra 75 dollars non refundable deposit for my pets. Since this reservation wasbnon refundable I should have been told in advance of the extra charge so I could chose weather I wanted to stay there and pay the deposit. The room was as hot as a swamp on yhe dwad of summwr when we checked in Boo

The rooms were in need of cleaning and new paint.. The floors had not been wet mopped for at least a month or more. the bathtub had the porcelain gone from most of it and they were out of wash rags. If you want to stay for one of the lowest prices, you get what you pay for.
