The best time to go to Boholt is typically during the late spring (May to June) and early autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the natural beauty of the region is at its peak.

During late spring, the countryside around Boholt bursts into life with lush greenery and blooming wildflowers. The temperatures are mild, making it ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and exploring the numerous historical sites and traditional villages in Hunedoara County. It's a great time for those who enjoy photography or simply want to experience the serene landscapes before the hotter summer months.

Early autumn offers similarly agreeable weather, with comfortable temperatures and often clear skies. This period is particularly good for experiencing the changing colours of the foliage in the surrounding hills and forests, creating stunning scenic views. It's also a time when many local harvest festivals might be taking place, offering a glimpse into regional traditions and cuisine.

While summer (July to August) is also popular, it can be quite warm, especially at midday, and some popular attractions might be busier.
