Was conveniently located near the airport. Continental breakfast was ok. Bedding and towels were clean. Elevator is old and got stuck a few times. Room key did not work properly. Was told at desk the lock is temperamental so each time I had to enter my room, it would take at least 5 to 10 try’s before it would unlock. AC/heat temperature in room, could not be adjusted.

Dirty everywhere. You would think that the front desk area would be clean. Nope the wall is gross. Went to the elevator and stains all over the elevator door and walls. Rented the King suite. Didnt clean my room. Key cards had to be reprogramed everytime we left the room. Didnt stay the last night and was refunded.

It was ok the only problem I had was the key card had to get numerous cards, there was a problem with the door lock could not get in

This hotel is okay. The room we had this time smelled like urine, and there were lots of stains on the ceiling. Breakfast is basic, not many options. But the stay was overall okay.

Upon checking in there was a line and the person behind the desk was overwhelmed and complaining. Got through that. Had to change rooms 3 time 1st time room smelt of wet dirty dog. Second time very noisy neighbors. 3rd room was okay but missing a few towels. Breakfast was very limited and over at 9:00. When I asked the severer who was breaking down the food. She just scurried the food away and said breakfast is finished. Could have offered us a pastry or toast. The manager on duty ridicules.

The highlights of this property are few. The staff is friendly as they need to be because the property is a mess. The room had missing art work on the walls, peeling wall paper, paint is cracking and the room felt unkept.

Room was huge and had a lot of furniture (recliner chair, dresser, desk) plus a microwave and mini fridge! Free breakfast was decent. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Great value.

Hotel needs some TLC. Carpet stained throughout, obvious neglect to cleaning and general maintenance. Old and musty smell. In room, we found objects from prior guests. On the positive side, bed was comfortable and there are a decent amount of vending machines onsite, and breakfast is included.

The room was nice and clean - I have no complaints. Hallways looked like they could use a good cleaning. I was on the 3rd floor and the room above me was extremely loud all night moving things around and walking loud back and forth.
