When you booked this property, breakfast was included, but when we checkout, they charge us $71.00 for breakfast and the room didn't have AC which was terrible. When we called concierge, they never answered our call.

No air-conditioning, very noisy rd, because one have to open the balcony door do get cold air than you get the road sound as well. The staff needs more training in order to provide a better stay for the guest's EX: We asked what is a good option for a dinner in the area? The answer was very poor like, I don't know what you want for diner but there is hamburger or something on this street just walk left of the reception or go across the street to the supermarket.

Great experience
The staff was amazing.The two young ladies at the desk helped me with everything I needed. Evan though the language was different we communicated well. My view was excellent from my balcony wow..... The only problem I had was with Hotels.com because they would not change my date of arrival,so I called the hotel and they helped with the process....

I booked this hotel from 11/19/23 to 11/25/23 just for the jacuzzi for my granddaughter and I had to leave on 11/20/23. When we arrive thereat 7.30Pm form JFK there was no water in the hotel. After several attempts to contact someone, we were told that the main pipe was broken. There were none of the following as mentioned in the advertisement: facial tissues, manicure, pedicure, soundproof rooms, restaurant, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, mini bar, room service, There was one receptionist there only and she speaks no English. This hotel is a mishap and Expedia should not be associated with it. Expedia was kind enough to give me a refund if the money I paid. Beware of this hotel's false advertisement..

Comfortable stay
Stayed there for 16-17 days. Location is good, just opposite to a supermarket Exito. Rooms are clean & staff is amicable. Rooms come with two washrooms so ideal for family stay as well. Breakfast options are limited as it’s served in the room with a fix menu.
