"This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :(
On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."

"The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. My guess is that it would only work for a one- or (maybe) a two-log fire...anything more overwhelms its capacity for exhausting smoke. The stay...

"Convénient airport shuttle-best feature.
Comfortable beds.
Housekeeping missed a few things in the room but quickly resolve the issue when I it to the house keeping staff member.
Restaurant staff could improve. It can be difficult to get coffee refills and when I ordered a beverage with dinner, it was never served to the table.
The bell men are very welcoming, polite and helpful.
Common areas very clean.
Coffee. Juice and bread available during 4 am departures- great amenity."
"Love this hotel, second time we have stayed there while in Bogotá. Cannot beat the location's close proximity to Zona Rosa and Parque 93. Entirely walkable, safe area that will never leave you bored. Staff is phenomenal and their hospitality is top notch. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional! The only drawback is the parking garage but certainly not enough of an issue to keep us away. You won't be disappointed by this property."
"I would like to report an issue with the room key card. Several times when we tried to enter the room, the key card did not work. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask them to activate it. The front desk staff member said that she had activated the card, but it still did not work.
Eventually, they sent a housekeeping staff member to help us, and she was able to open the door.
Thank you"
