"Such a late review, considering that our trip was over a month ago, but finally getting to it makes me miss Vije so much! The hotel was such a dream! Firstly, the staff were so welcoming and we felt very much familiar in such a foreign place. We don't often feel that way in past places we've stayed at, but Vije was different. Every day, every single one of the staff we ever encountered were attentive and tended to our needs when necessary. Our room had the river valley view and it was beautiful! Because of this experience for our first time in Bali, we've decided we will be returning soon and bringing our close friends with us to experience the very friendly and authentic hardworking people and the beautiful island they call home. Thank you to all the staff members, we really appreciate our time there and wished we had stayed longer! See you again soon!"

We had a butler pool villa - absolutely exceptional and the staff are amazing! They can’t do enough for you. The area is perfect - close to all the attractions you might want to see when in ubud! I do believe this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. So many details seemed to be taken care of each day. Our plan was to not leave the hotel, as we really just wanted to relax for a couple days. The area around the hotel is fine with a few shops but really, why leave the resort? Next time I am in Bali, we will stay longer!"
