Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. "Lovely little hotel, superior room was bigger than we expected looking over the front of the hotel. Fairly clean, only minor point, as the hotel was full there were no spare pillows,I sometimes, I struggle with my breathing hence the extra pillow at night. Will stay again."
