- Located in Boca de Iguanas, La Manznailla, Jalisco, Mexico, Avoceta 201 is a beautifully appointed ground floor unit situated in a lush tropical garden setting overlooking gorgeous Tenacatita Bay. Only six units in this building located in a small unique resort nestled at one end of one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Mexico makes this quiet secluded location the perfect tropical getaway.
This 1990 sq.ft. beautifully appointed residence has 2 master bedroom suites with ocean and garden views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. Combined with an open floor plan and ocean view you have a perfect setting for entertaining. The outside living area is perfect for gazing at the ocean, watching the abundant bird life in the mangrove just yards away or perhaps a siesta.
