The room was great veey spacious but all 3 night we never got any type of services in out room. No fresh towels or freah linens. I went to the front desk for towels and bathroom tissue and no one came so the desk. I went back to my room and called the front desk from my personal phone because the roon phone didnt work. I got yelled at over the phone for calling and not going to the front desk by the hotel owner. He should have came to my to bring me what i needed asbi was the guest. My last morning the same owner knocked on my door at 8am to see if i was out when check out was at 11am

We were greeted very kindly by the property manager. Check in was fast and easy. Check out was easy as well. This place is decent for the price. Needs some updating but over all it was a good place to rest our heads and take a nice hot shower.

Nice Place For A Short Stay

For the price it was fine... clean room, clean bedding, nice quick heater when need, nice hot shower. The TV could be a little larger but was easy to use. Also, the gentleman who check us in and out was very friendly and helpful.

Simple, basic room for a basic price

Clean room and bathroom. The bed was clean, firm, and comfortable, and I slept well. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, iron, TV, and a small table with chairs. It was just what I needed. I would easily stay there again.

This place was FILTHY!!!! Disgusting and just gross. Bugs crawling everywhere and in the bed all over sheets. Someone had peed in the toilet before we even checked in the tub had roaches in it and the kitchen sink was just nasty. We were told no refund ok they did offer us another room but as soon as that lady opened the door-dead roaches on floor. Said they just had it fumigated but I highly doubt it. Place was a dump. Staff was also very rude. We ended up leaving and going down the street to a super 8 that by the way was the same price and wayyyyyyyy cleaner and no bugs in the sheets. Do yourself a favor and always read the reviews before booking somewhere I wish I had read the reviews beforehand redwood was the worst place I ever stepped foot in. SAVE YOUR MONEY THUS PLACE IS DISGUSTINGLY GROSS
