Glen Morris, Wuthering Heights ~ Dog friendly

Glen Morris, Wuthering Heights ~ Dog friendly

10/10 Excellent
"Glen Morris is a lovely little cottage in a beautiful location. It was a very wet and chilly weekend with the fire and cosy cottage feel very welcome. We certainly used the available firewood and enjoyed the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the surrounds and proximity to all that the Clare Valley has to offer. As dog friendly accommodation it was good with the small enclosed back courtyard great for Nala to get to know her surroundings in safety. Walks around the property were lovely and we will certainly look to return hopefully at a time with more conducive weather. Overall a lovely rustic cottage in a wonderful location and easy access to all of Clare's charms."

Tranquil motel style large room.

Tranquil motel style large room.

8/10 Good
"The room was absolutely wonderful and was very clean. It listed having kitchen facilities or having a kitchen. I would not call it a kitchen. Even a kitchenette is an exaggeration. They had a hot plate with a toaster oven under it and you could only use one or the other. The room was freezing and there was no heating in it. It was also communal other than that the setting is wonderful."

100 year old Renovated Stone Cottage

10/10 Excellent
"Our group of 6 had a lovely stay in Lottie's Cottage. Located in an excellent spot for exploring the local wineries and a few minutes walk to the main street of Clare. The cottage was equipped with everything you could possibly need in the way of kitchen utensils, toiletry supplies or laundry needs - everything has been thought of and presented neatly and organised. The cottage has been stylishly decorated with antique and vintage items, I would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This is a rustic property offering a week away from the digital pull! Authentically decorated and homely in feel. Great BBQ and internal fireplace - lots of marshmallow toasting. We had a 4 night stay and it came with 2 nights worth of firewood. The stay was awesome and the resident alpaca was a happy camper. Local and native roos visited us too! Take the family and enjoy."

",A reasonable place the room was good with a sp,a and a comfortable bed. We could order meals from the pub and have then delivered. It didn't get quite until after 12. Due to the pub raging until late. But it was Saturday night."
