Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night, with a one-time cleaning fee of $25). The guesthouse is NOT rented separately to other guests.
The kitchen is a chef's delight with a five burner gas range, and adjacent propane grill and wood pellet smoker, all under the huge covered porches that also take in the amazing views on both levels. The lower deck includes the hot tub, wooden swing and two steps leading to the firepit, taking in magnificent views. The optional guesthouse features two queen beds, a private bathroom, kitchenette, and its own grill.
