You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Studio apartment with mini kitchen and private river access

Rustic chic studio apartment with mini kitchen, located just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Lush tree view in Spring, Summer, and Fall. Long range mountain view in Winter. Perfect for smaller groups seeking a cabin feel, without the size/price of a large space. Restaurants, breweries, vineyards, orchards, and outdoor activities just minutes away. Enjoy a beautiful walk/hike down to a private 1 acre park right on the Toccoa River. Property is on 2.5 wooded acres. This space is above our detached garage (garage door is rarely used, and is new/very quiet). We do have a fire pit you're welcome to use, and if we're out/on request our porch area and fireplace can be available.

Washer and dryer are in the main house, just message with a request to use.

We're happy to offer any suggestions for activities and restaurants -- just ask!
