Great location close to downtown Blue Ridge. Wouldn't return there. A number of issues which individually aren't big problems but in total lead me to say this property was not at all worth the nightly rate. Specifically, hit a large pot hole in the driveway on the way in which luckily didn't damage the suspension. When it rained water came in the both the bathroom ceiling and fireplace. Reported both to the management company immediately and although they responded to the call quickly, I was told these were the owner's responsibility and that they would inform them. We were there for two weeks and there was no response from the owner. Happened every time it rained. Probably wouldn't rent a property run by a management company again and would prefer to deal directly with a host that knows what is going on with the property. No air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. No trash pickup for two weeks with bin overflowing by the time we left. My wife and I both had multiple bites while sleeping and they weren't mosquitoes. Internet/Wi-fi was painfully slow. Cell phone connection on our phones was several times faster. The property seemed "tired" with several other "deferred maintenance" issues. It seemed like someone was trying to maximize income and minimize expense. Definitely not worth the price
