VILLA BLUE - BLUE BAY

A spacious, 3 bedroom single level villa. Quiet and secure. Located at the rear of a complex of 5 Villas. Centrally located between Toowoon Bay and The Entrance. Pet friendly for small to medium sized dogs (please let us know when booking).

- Open plan lounge room with TV, DVD player and sound system; leather couches to comfortably seat six adults

Linen is included standard with your stay. We provide doonas, pillows and blankets, along with all bedding and bath towels. Please BYO beach towels and let us know your preferred bedding configuration in your booking.

Fully equipt kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and full-size fridge. We have tried to think of anything you could need for your holiday - all crockery, cutlery, BBQ tools, entertaining dishes, glasses and even a wine-stopper are provided. We are completely child friendly and provide portable cots, stroller, high chair and children's plastic kitchenware and cups; along with toys and books.

Proudly pet friendly, but please bring your own pet bedding.

There is a chromecast and a wide selection of movies, books and board games. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master bedroom.

The Villa is easy access, with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that leads out onto the covered deck with private and secure garden. Good sized undercover rear deck with BBQ, and outdoor setting. We also have children's table and chairs. Safe for children and outdoor pets.

We have two grassed areas, one which is artificial lawn and green and lush all year round, along with a real grass area further around the back of the property.

Well-appointed laundry with washing machine, basket and pegs, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, drying racks and outdoor clothes line.

Remote control single garage plus one extra undercover carport parking space.

Easy 5 minute stroll to Blue Bay beach, cafes, galleries, restaurants and local shops at Toowoon Bay. Walking distance to The Entrance - pubs, clubs, cinema, specialty shops, Memorial Park - safe, children's water play area, entertainment, daily pelican feeding at 3.30 pm at The Entrance, boating, fishing, minutes to Bateau Bay shopping centre, and ten pin bowling. 15 minutes to every type of entertainment at Mingara Club. Beautiful lookouts (Crackneck), scenery, Norah Head lighthouse, distillery, national parks and gardens. Walking distance to the dog beach at Shelly beach. We keep a compendium of suggestions/ideas at the Villa to assist you in making the best of your holiday.

Peaceful Hideaway

A very nice clean house and a great location close to everything you would need much beeter hosue than some of the others we have stayed in around the Blue Bay area We took our 2 small dogs and they loved the dog park and dog leash beach a short walk from the house We will be back

Fabulous unit. Lots of space. Well furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Only complaint was neighbouring properties dogs barking whenever we went on to the veranda.

Pleasant stay overall

A very good experience, however slightly lacking in terms of amenities they offered: there were little shower products and only one trash bag. Communication with the owners was a little slow. We were delighted at their variety of board games and dvds, as well as how quiet the location was. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Great choice for family with a dog

Fully enclosed garden, tiled floors inside and close to off lead beach make this great location for weekend getaway. Blue Bay is also really great. Several good cafes a short walk away. Aircon in each room is handy. Nice covered deck and lots of useful stuff in the kitchen.

Townhouse near the sea

Everything was very good re the property and Michael’s communications. Probably my fault, I had not realised it was set in such an urban environment as previous stays I have been lucky enough to be on the lake. But it was quiet. I had trouble with the cooktop and oven, the kind neighbours out front came to help but they couldn’t do it either. I had to call Michael and he was very helpful.

Ideally set out unit with lovely deck & secure garden for small dog. Quiet & private. A few maintenance issues. 3 out of 4 lamps not working. Owner promptly had new globes delivered. Kitchen tap very wonky & needs urgent attention. Location near The Entrance but had to drive everywhere.

Have enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good. We all have enjoyed our stay. Smells nice and fresh. Need a better frying pan with heavy weight so their stove would work. We could not use their bbq because it was dirty and doesn’t work. I am confident once the owner has reads this would will be fixed in no time. My other advice is should have outside dogs only, why? I believes animals shouldn’t be inside and you will keep going through new mats in the lounge room but that’s just my personal opinion. Not too many rules is a bonus- nice and easy! Yes we would stay there again.. Thank you.
