Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occassions and highly recommend it for its proximity to the airport. However the Hotels site states "Enjoy seamless travel with a top-rated airport shuttle for easy transfers" and theb further down the site, "Airport transportation included". I was booked on the early flight on Kenya Airways and when I went to the desk for the shuttel was told that it does not run early morning. I had to arrange a Plan B."
