A perfect retreat with a comfortable king bedroom and open living area with queen sleeper sofa, full-size washer and dryer, full kitchen, and private bath with shower.  Full of charm with wood floors and exposed brick walls.



Park that car for the duration and enjoy a relaxing village stay in the center of it all. Your favorite dining options are just a few steps away--The Best Cellar Restaurant, the Blowing Rock Ale House and Brewery, Hellbenders, Six Pence Pub, Storie's Street Grill, The Town Tavern,  and Bistro Roca. And shop till you drop, then rest a while and go right back out there and do it again without ever starting a car. Take a leisurely walk through the town park or a more intense hike to Glen Burney Falls, all from your downtown apartment.

Getting Around:

You are allotted one parking space while staying at Park View. The designated parking spot can be found in your check in instructions and directions that you receive via email 30 days prior to your arrival. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see them in your inbox.



Other Things to Note:

There is a second apartment that shares the hallway and patio space with Park View. It is called Sunset Stroll and is also on AirBNB.



There are quite a few stairs to enter since it is above the Main Street stores. To access the apartment you must use the stairs shown in the main picture.

Great location!! Easy walk to many restaurants and shops! And to the Art & History Museum. Great view of Blowing Rock park & all the activity on Main Street. Unit was clean & comfortable. Perfect for a couple.

In the heart of Blowing Rock, this place was fantastic . Very cool vibe, close to all the ski resorts and on the main road so shopping and restaurants are right below you

Great location

This apartment is downtown right across from the city park. A perfect location for shopping, eating and hiking. Apartment was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO. On a side note even though the kitchen was clean the dishes were put away with food on them and had to be washed before they could be used and the forks were in bad shape. I had to buy forks for us to use while there. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Park View Stay

Always a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Blowing Rock. Property manager may want to replace the ice trays. One was cracked and the other very difficult to get the ice out. But had a good time.

Mountain Getaway

Property has a great location. We had a little issue with the wifi and the Blu-ray player. New wifi code that hadn't gotten updated in the check in info which was quickly resolved, and the remote for the Blu-ray didn't seem to work wasn't worth calling the property manager over. But ultimately very minor issues on a pleasant and serviceable rental property. If I could recommend anything to the owners it would be to get new silverware and knives.

It’s all about location

You can’t beat the location being right on Main St and is eye level with the very active town park across the street which is fun to watch. The unit itself could use an update to the kitchen (warped cabinet door, Formica countertops, old appliances) and improve upon the limited and very basic kitchen amenities provided (i.e. old pots and pans, cheap tinsels, etc.). Floors had dust balls under the tables and mold on the tile floor by the bath tub. Clean elsewhere I think but it’s hard to tell since the sofa, rug and chair are all very dark colors. Stay here for the location and view. Place has tons of potential to be 5 star, however.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

Absolutely perfect place to stay in blowing rock for a small family. Being right across the street from the park and walking distance to all of blowing rock was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and the ease of access was ideal, a dedicated parking spot is a must during any busy weekend and they provide that as well.

Amazing Getaway

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It is situated right on Main Street and you can walk to several great restaurants and shops. Boone is just a short drive also with lots of other restaurants and shopping. The property manager was on top of communicating with us and everything was perfect when we arrived. We will be back.

Great location to Blowing Rock

My husband and I enjoyed our two weeks in the apartment which overlooks the park. We walked to local restaurants each night and enjoyed Kilwin's afterwards. The local hikes are amazing and if you golf, the Boone Golf Club is well cared for public course. The apartment was clean, cool and comfortable with plenty of towels and access to washer and dryer. I highly recommend this property! Sarah

Perfect getaway for 2

It was absolutely perfect! The location was wonderful and the Hallmark view was incredible! We would definitely stay here again! Actually anytime you want to sell~ give is a shout! We were remodeling as we stayed!😂2 couches instead of 1, build a little window seat at the window to take in the view as you read; larger tv in main area…. So let us know!

PROS: Great location with many shopping and restaurant choices near by. Would definitely consider staying here again. CONS: Lock box to get keys is challenging to open. Would have been nice if extra blankets would have been provided for snuggling on the couch. (Plenty of extra sheets and towels - but no extra blankets.)

Great location, spotless, neat view of park across the street

We had a fun stay for a week at this property. The location is fantastic on Main Street and steps away from the shops, restaurants, great places to walk and hike, and around the corner from an ice cream shop. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, although the windows has screens on them, the windowpanes had not been installed properly, so we missed not being able to have a breeze on the cool days. Otherwise, we highly tecommend this property.

Cute property

We really enjoyed this cute little property with great location. It was well maintained and fit our needs perfectly for a short weekend. The downside was that there is no provate parking so daytime parking on the streets is very limited and only allowed for 2 hrs. You either have to park a couple blocks away and hoof it or keep moving your car around. I'm also deducting one star for property management. It took me 6 days and just as many calls/emails to complete the reservation because the management company offers no form of secure credit card payment. You either have to email them your credit card number or talk directly to the owner who is very difficult to catch. In this day and age, accepting Paypal or some simple form of accepting secure online credit card processing should not be asking too much.

Location, Location, Location & extremely clean.

Best rental location anywhere in downtown BR. Extremely clean & perfect. Fantastic for people watching & enjoying seeing families & kids not on their cell phones outside enjoying the park & all BR has to offer. This was our fourth time staying here & we will be back.
