We give our guests plenty of privacy but are always just a message or call away if you need anything. As a local family business and IU alumni, we know Bloomington well and are happy to share recommendations for coffee shops, restaurants, or the best game-day spots. You’ll check in easily with a smart lock, but we’re nearby and responsive whenever you need us.

Located in the heart of Bloomington, The Clubhouse is a short walk to IU’s Memorial Stadium, Assembly Hall, and campus events. Coffee shops, breweries, and local dining are nearby, as well as downtown nightlife and shops. This is the ideal location for game days, alumni weekends, and IU celebrations.
