"Difficult to find the entrance- back side where there is no parking. I did not feel safe. I was traveling alone for business. The parking lot was full of construction and electrical service vehicles. People live in this hotel, 30 days at a time. Upon check in I was told at least 5 times the rules about not smoking in your room and even had to sign a different place so it was recorded I was told this. The room was nice with comfortable seating and working areas. The bathroom door was self closing like on a stairwell. It would clip your heels it slammed so hard and fast. Would be a great place if I felt safe."

"Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that either."

"We left early due to the strong smell of marijuana inside the building. The staff was friendly enough however they did not enforce the no smoking policy. We did not get to enjoy the pool or breakfast due to the stench. We also were there to visit our granddaughter but we didn't dare bring her back to the hotel due to the people outside the doors smoking pot and the horrible smell in the hallways, which was obviously coming from the rooms. Upstairs was the worst. I understand it's legal but there is a non-smoking policy and it should be inforced. I am sure it would be if I was to smoke a cigarette in the building. The thing that infuriates me the most is we left early due to it causing my husband to cough uncontrollably and they refused to refund us our money for the night. They broke their policy for a non-smoking environment for everyone! It should be a safe place to stay for everyone with allergies and asthma! "
