"This place is a gem! We were in for USD graduation and had no luck finding rooms in Vermillion. Lucky us! Walk (or bike) around the beautiful Lewis and Clark Lake on the paved trail throughout the campground Check out the boats at the marina and eat at the reasonably priced casual restaurant on site. Also try Charle's Pizza in town (yum) and Bagle Don's along the river! Drive across the dam for a nice view. The cottage we stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The one thing you do need to be aware of is there is a parking fee of $15 per day for out of state vehicles ($10 in state) once you enter the campground. It's worth every penny. Book and enjoy this peaceful and pristine resort!"
