The room had a musky weird smell. The bathroom had an odor that smelled like it had been clean in a while. The room was outdated. There were sand on the floor no maid service for three days wouldn’t even refill my coffee packets! I went to the office twice. Nobody around poor experience never come back!!!plus don’t tell you an Expedia or the staff but you have to pay a $15 park pass every day that you’re there so that was another $45 added onto the room rate which the rate it was then it was a poor quality for my money

Great place to take family

Not bad but it's worth mentioning outoor pool is only open during season (not sure when it starts). Courteous and welcoming staff. Our cable TV didn't work but we found out pretty late night si didn't bother much with it. Overall nice location, fire pits available accross the property. Since it's inside recreational area, your vehicke needs a pass as well. Double the orice of the cabins but much nicer room as well. Plenty of activities as well, hikimg/biking (bike rentals are also available)

Park pass requirement should be stated or included

Having to register and pay for a park pass when checking in late was very inconvenient, and should have been mentioned in the reservation. I had to try to hold my phone's flashlight in order to fill out a form in the dark as well as come up with the $8.00 payment required in order to to park my vehicle in front of my cabin was very frustrating.

Not for off season guests

The first room they gave us had a terrible odor, we asked to be moved and they did but the TV didn't work. We wanted to use the laundry but it was outdoors and not up and running yet, we wanted to use the pool but they don't fill it until after memorial day and we wanted some ice and it wasn't working and then a bird flew out of it
