"Pool was "under maintenance" during stay so could not use. This was not listed on the website, and it was the main reason we booked with this hotel was the indoor pool. Also understand about having a medical emergency but they booked us directly across the hall from it as it was happening during our check in. The horrible odor in the hallway was nauseating, I would have thought they would not have sent us to a room directly across from it upon check in while that was happening but maybe no other choice. There were a lot of dead bugs in the window seal the toilet clogged twice during our stay and the noise level from the hwy was pretty loud. We managed as we were there for two nights a little tired when we left but we got through the stay. Do not plan on staying there again if we visit the area. The people working there were very friendly was the redeeming quality of the stay. "

"Hotel was dated and not very clean. Tv wouldn’t work on the living area but worked in the bedroom. Front desk was no help to get it fixed. Second day there housekeeping came and took all the towels and left us nothing, not one towel. We ended up leaving a day early to come home. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but really needs some improvements. "

"Hot tub wasn’t hot. Rooms are drafty, but we were there on a very cold weekend. Hotel is beautiful, well maintained. Bar is fantastic!"

"They complain that the towels are dirty, shower curtains leak water, the floor is so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor, they say pet friendly but don’t let your dog bark at someone they start acting like it is an issue. Claim they are not an extended stay motel but had others living in the hotel. I just moved back and was staying until we could find a place and they told me I had to leave. I cleaned the room the whole time I was there. Will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel again. "
