"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

"We recently enjoyed a week at this property and already want to go back! This is an awesome home for relaxation by the sea with the fun of beach town vibes. The house was very clean and well-equipped with all the supplies you may need for a carefree vacation - appliances, utensils, nice bedding, beach chairs & toys. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the ocean waves, and also have the ease of beachside restaurants and the Block Island ferry just down the street. The home is super comfortable and cozy, but also spacious rooms for overnight guests or a gathering (including outside patio area that is pretty private). But the best feature is definitely the close proximity/access to the beach exclusive to the homes right there, so you can enjoy the fun energy of the beach goers at the State beach next door but with the convenience of close access, less crowds, and no driving/parking hassle - also very dog friendly! The property owner/manager was consistently helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with which also helped make our stay very pleasant. We look forward to returning again next year!"

"We recently stayed at this hotel for a beach getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We loved the heated bathroom floors, which felt amazing in the mornings, and the fireplace made chilly evenings feel cozy and relaxing. The amenities were outstanding. Guests are provided with reusable to-go cups and straws, a complimentary beach bag with the hotel logo, and unlimited access to filtered water stations offering regular, sparkling, and hot water throughout the property. One of the highlights was the heated saltwater pool, which was perfect any time of day. The rooftop bar offered incredible ocean views and was a wonderful place to unwind with a drink while watching the sunset. Breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing. There was something for everyone, including egg wraps, avocado toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, and delicious pastries. As an added bonus, guests were treated to complimentary mimosas and Bloody Marys with breakfast. From the beautiful accommodations to the exceptional amenities and outstanding service, every detail was thoughtfully planned. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation."

"This is our second year to stay here and we love it! We hope to come back next year.Space: Family of four with two littles and grandma could join us as well. We have enough sleeping options for everyone’s comfort, even for changes when kids needed other arrangements. The condo is comfortable and from the two balconies, you can see the ocean and hear the waves (if desired by opening the sliding glass ).Everything that a family could need is here:Beach, chairs, beach towels, toys, pack, and play, fully loaded kitchen for preparing meals.But we really enjoyed eating at George’s and some of the walkable restaurants and smoothie bar. Enough variety at George’s could happily eat there several days in a row.Convenient short walk to the beach. It is easy to walk back to the condo for a baby/toddler nap midday or to get a forgotten item then back to the beach. Parking: convenient, close, designated two spots. We can simply park and stay the entire time without moving the vehicles if we want.Hosts: both years there has been amazing communication with quick very helpful information and replies.They have thought of everything you might need or that you might forget at home and realize that you need.Hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did."

"I cannot say enough about this home. What a perfect big group house! All of the bedroom floors are identical which is perfect for 8 couples. It would also would be great for families with kids for the upper floor of bedrooms also has a living room with a large tv which would be a great play area. The kitchen was fabulous, big, beautiful and equipped as well as mine and I love to cook a lot. Lots of room for many people to eat and gather. Each bedroom had tv's for everyone to use. The owner has thought of everything. It has very large decks and the upper deck is beautiful and you can see the ocean in the distance. Laundry room is great and included a second refrigerator for drinks and extra food. The home was very clean. I absolutely recommend this place to rent."
