"The location was a bit difficult to find initially. we had to park a few blocks away but parking was included with the hotel. It was very close yo the tram so we could hop on and take it all the wayto the central staion if needed. we got a group transit pass for the day which worked great."

Bar needs more staffs when there’s a conference on as I couldn’t get serve, waited at the bar like 15mins, gave up in the end. "

"The staff were wonderful, but the rooms were interesting. There was not a fitted sheet on our mattress so the sheets kept coming off and we had to keep fixing them. The shower was also slow to drain. The AC was good and so was the water pressure and breakfast. "

Google map and direction was inaccurate as it shows the hotel 25 minutes walk from the tram stop while it literally only 1 minutes as it is just cross the road. The hotel should contact Goggle to update the location as that would wrongly put some people off making reservation at the hotel. Highly recommend."

"I stayed at XO Hotels Park West from March 18–25, 2026, and it was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had—especially considering the price The air-conditioning in the room did not work for the entire duration of my stay. Every time I called reception, I was told the same thing: that adjustments were being made and the room would cool within 15–20 minutes. This never happened. I had to keep calling repeatedly, only to receive the same response over and over again. By day 3, the room had become so uncomfortable that I had to request a pedestal fan just to be able to sleep. For a hotel at this price point, being reduced to using a basic fan instead of proper climate control is simply unacceptable. On top of that, I had to keep the window open due to the heat, which triggered my seasonal allergies and left me feeling unwell for the rest of my trip. The most disappointing part came at checkout, when I was finally told that the air-conditioning system was not working at all and that technicians were only expected to fix it that day. This directly contradicts everything I had been told throughout my stay. Whether this was due to poor communication or something else, the end result is the same: I was given misleading information for several days while dealing with an unresolved issue. The hotel gave a 10% refund, which does not come close to reflecting the level of discomfort, lost sleep, and overall negative impact on my stay."
