"The hotel looks nothing like the photos, the area was trashed, graffiti everywhere, the staff was incredibly rude. It was such an inconvenience for one of the receptionist to look up the time for Mass. The other lady was so rude because we asked a question about our room. The hospitality was absolutely trash. So bad we only stayed the first night and left that morning. I will never come back, the worst experience I have had on this entire trip. The city also felt so unsafe, there was no one on the street, just groups of men walking around, the only German’s I met were the hostess at the hotel. This is a trash city and will tell everyone to never visit this hotel or city. "

"A wonderful hotel right at the foot of the viaduct. Good breakfast, private parking. We stayed one night to visit the Christmas market. Very convenient."

"Really good value hotel, especially for a solo traveller. Room was a decent size and was clean, staff were very helpful. Car park was a decent size but some of the parking was atrocious so I couldn’t always get a space. Only thing I would change is having a kettle - I did miss morning teas! "

"They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane."

"It's a nice hotel with good sized rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see a small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, with table, chairs, sofa at no extra cost. The couple who manages this hotel are very friendly as well. It will be nice if they provide the proper tea cups in the rooms, instead of the plastic ones. But overall we were happy with the experience."
