"The hotel was pretty central, two minutes walk from the sea so that was certainly an added plus. Service was excellent, the receptionists were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel bar is super cozy, with really lovely staff. The room was generally comfortable, though it felt quite cold, despite the heating being on (it was around 2-0 degrees outside). "The guy who was working reception was so friendly and helpful .. 10/10 for customer services and the view from the room was stunning .. I will be making a point of staying there again . Can’t recommend it high enough and once again the guy working was a credit to the company ."

"I was completely disappointed. I booked a room in a hotel and was "upgraded" to an apartment. That ment no service, there was no hairdryer or a water kettle. The hotel was supposed to have a pool etc. The front desk was closed so I had to check in and go for breakfast to a different hotel. The free parking apparently does not exist so I had to park (and pay) quite far away at a square and the staff in the other hotel could not do anything as they only give out the room key. If I wanted to stay...

"Owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were ok but need an update. Breakfast buffet was very good and plenty of options to suit everyone. "

"We do not understand the 1 star rating. The room was freshly renovated. The shower is hands on the best I have encountered in a hotel better than my own shower. On top of that the staff were so friendly there was a personal touch that we felt. Breakfast is very good an again the personal touch.
