If you are looking for a house to relax and rest with your family or friends, in a rural setting but close to the beach and the center, this is your house!
The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a relaxation area with a swimming pool, hammocks, a barbecue and a dining table in the garden. It also has a ping pong and petanque table.
Its location guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility. The house is surrounded by fields but at the same time it is 5 minutes by car from the center and 10 minutes from Blanes beach. The entire house is rented exclusively for our guests. All areas of the house are private and are not shared. Inside the property there is a parking lot for 2 cars and right in front of the house there is free parking.
We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as bike rentals, cooking classes, private chef, boat rentals, transfers, excursions and much more.
Upon arrival, the traveler will sign a vacation rental contract with the reservation information and the house rules. A deposit of €500 will also be blocked on your credit card to cover possible damage to the house. The deposit is returned within a maximum period of 3-4 days after check out.
The tourist tax (€1 per person per day) is mandatory and must be paid on the day of arrival in cash.

The rental price includes:
- all expenses for water, gas, electricity
- linens and towels
- free Internet
- final cleaning
