The Space:

This beautifully finished home with wood and metal accents will make you feel welcome here in the mountains.  The owner has handmade, some of the unique and beautiful features in the this home.

Privately situated at the end of a cul de sac, this deck has views of the Plumas Pines Golf Resort and yet is quiet, tranquil and the perfect place to enjoy dinner, coffee in the morning as you watch the sun rise.

You will have use of the entire home and garage for parking.



The Neighborhood:

We love that this home is located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort and within walking distance (just a few blocks) to the Plumas Pines Rec Center/Pool. No need to load up your car, grab your flip flops, golf clubs and go. Longboards Restaurant, hiking and biking trails are all close by. AND only 3 miles from downtown Graeagle.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance.



Other Things to Note:

You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum during holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.



Check in time is 4:00 p.m.. and Check out time is 10:00 a.m.



Interaction with Guests:
