Lovely location in Birch Bay. Loved watching the gorgeous sunsets over the bay! Peaceful, quiet and direct access to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating and ready available if needed.

Great anniversary getaway

Such a cozy spot on a wet and windy weekend! My husband and I were getting away for our anniversary and Dan and Sherri were great hosts - provided great information ahead of time and set us up well for our relaxing weekend!

Perfect beach getaway

Second time staying at Dan’s property & everything once again was fabulous! Fun going this time in June & having sunshine for our beach walks. Location is perfect, dining options are all walkable. He allowed us to check in whenever we liked since no one had stayed the night before. Everything is clean & kitchen fully stocked. Love that it’s dog friendly, our pup loves the beach! Thank you for being an excellent host & we hope to be back again soon.

We love this place! It is clean, quiet, stylishly decorated and very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. If you like to cook and eat in, this kitchen is for you. It was our base for some much needed rest, beautiful beach walks and forays into the local state parks as well as some personal business. The sunset view from the back patio was spectacular every night.

Clean Comfy Condo on the Bay

Interior decor is absolutely adorable and gives this ocean front property a wonderful beach feel. Can’t wait to return, these hosts have thought of everything to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible right down to the chairs for the beach!! Highly recommend!!

Sublime Beach Bay Bliss

Great location, view and sunsets. Nice treats and lovely linens. Enjoyed solo laps in pool and soaking in hot tub. Loved the nearby Beach Cat Brew Pub too - great selection of craft beer! Only very minor suggestion wld be to add an oven liner or clean oven - otherwise perfection!

Very cozy

Very convenient to everything. It rained the whole time but we had umbrellas. We had a couple fires in the fireplace it was warm and delightful. I came to relax and this was the perfect place for that.

Perfect little getaway spot!

Although we didnt venture out very far from the unit, we certainly enjoyed the beach walks and the amazing sunsets! We also watched movies and caught up with our reading. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need or forgot, with some snacks and coffee to boot. We will most certainly book here again!

Restful Mini-Retreat

This was the perfect location for a short getaway prior to my husband's surgery. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, the amenities exactly as described. We brought our golden retriever with us, and he enjoyed the walks on the beach and the boardwalk. Communication with the owner was prompt, warm, and very responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic!

Great place with wonderful amenities and location! Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was communicative and thoughtful. You can tell they went out of their way to make your stay easy and enjoyable - from leaving local food & activity recommendations, to providing gear for the beach, along with tennis and pickle ball equipment for the community center, and even a bottle of wine! Fantastic Getaway Close to Home

My husband and toddler and I had a wonderful time staying at Sherri and Dan’s beautiful and cozy condo. It was steps from the beach which my toddler loves, has a quaint yard area for playing (and visiting with friendly neighbouring dogs) and the condo itself has everything you need! They were so quick to respond to even the smallest question and being a very picky and seasoned bnb’er I was thoroughly impressed with how clean their place was!!! I know we will certainly being staying there again! Thanks again for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful accommodation.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

No detail was overlooked, from the communication with local recommendations to the property itself. On a warm day you explore the walkable waterfront path right outside the condo door and check out the local restaurants or brewery. And if rain keeps you in you cozy up with a good book or game or explore the indoor community hot tub. Everything you could ever need is provided for cooking, comfort, and leisure or beach activities. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved staying in this immaculate bay view condo! Comfortable queen bed and furnishings, well stocked, quiet, and in walking distance to great food. Coffee and quiche, just a two minute walk away, started our mornings out right. Then we enjoyed wonderful strolls along the bay. The gracious hosts shared information on nearby places to enjoy, too. The condo is also well equipped with beach supplies. There is a pool and hot tub available that we didn’t have time to use this trip. This is one of our favorite places to stay on our many travels. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable visit!
