We didn’t stay. They called us when we were 2 hours away to tell us they were overbooked and we didn’t have a room. They told us they reserved a room at another hotel, but later in the convo said the 2nd hotel had sold that room too. But they might put some points on my Hyatt account for my inconvenience. ...

Mountain Lake Lodge
Fantastic place- it’s just beautiful. Very clean, super comfy beds and great staff. We happened to be there during the recent snow storm. Staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to scrape our car the next morning. Would love to visit again in summer for all of their activities.

Comfort Inn Blacksburg University Area
Staff were very friendly. The building is very old and in need of repair and updating. The breakfast was ok, but didn’t have much variety.
