Very friendly and capable staff. All of them participated in the customer experience and nobody shied away from making sure that I was okay every step of the way. The young lady working the front desk around 4pm on 4/24 was exceptionally helpful in getting my Hyatt membership reactivated. Loved the extended rooms that allowed me to watch TV on the L-shaped couch and then adjust the TV to watch in bed. I do wish that the TV Guide listed show names instead of just "USA" or "TBS". Jury is still out on the frosted glass "barn" bathroom door. I found it to be fine, but my wife wasn't there..lol. Breakfast was quite good with the eggs tasting fresh, instead of the usual dry fried eggs I get at hotels. Bacon was cooked "medium" and sausages were fine.

Breakfast wasn't great, though they had fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries). Their tea selection wasn't stocked and my daughter was disappointed to not have a waffle. The lukewarm floppy toast interpretation of french toast was a poor substitute. Overall, the hotel was the cleanest I've been to in a while...and that is saying something! I'd go back, but not for the breakfast.
