Is Hilton the only hotel chain that does not offer complimetary breakfast? I am a Hilton honors member and i find it offensive that they cant offer a complimentary breakfast to its loyal customers.

Great location to Virginia Tech, very comfortable beds, a pool and gym, a bar and free coffee in the morning. Great place to stay. Only negative is the breakfast isn’t free, which we knew ahead of time but still a bummer.

The room was clean except where you put your fingers to open the fridge was FULlL of crumbs and looked like it had never been cleaned. Disgusting. There was so much construction, guests should be warned ahead of time S I wouldn’t have stayed. I could hear the neighbors a o e showering and walking around very clearly. Louder than comparable hotels of other brands

Very clean and convenient.
Toilet was very low to the floor, difficult to use. Could not get room warm enough.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My ONLY complaint is with the obvious neglect of the dog run area. I believe dog owners should/MUST clean up after their dogs…it seems folks staying here do not do so. There were easily 10” piles of dog waste all over the run area. I think the property MUST enforce clean up or have a staff member maintain the area.
