"Lauren and Georgia very helpful and lovely couldn’t do enough for me, rooms are so nicely done now, food in the pub fresh and very hot when received, great variety of food too, very clean. I can’t recommend the village hotel in Blackpool enough I will be back soon 😁"

"This hotel is very opulent, with a lovely high end look and feel. The staff are super professional, but still friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and well equipped, again with a high quality look and feel to it. The staff left on the table, an individual cake and card for my son’s birthday, which was a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again..!!"

"This is an independent hotel and not a chain which enables it to look different from everybody else. The check in was quick and was able to go to room early. The parking easy plenty of spaces. Breakfast was very nice and everything was topped up regularly so you never ran out or had to wait. Probably I would say the toast area and fruit juice and hot drinks all squashed together. Didn't use the bar so cant comment. I did like that we never had to wait very long for the lift which was just as well as they were quite small. The hotel is very close to the beach and pleasure island but quite a distance from the centre. However we found the trams frequent and easy to use."

"room was fab and could see the Tower especially at night. Happy to look at the football stadium - however very noisy as people working on maintaining it - sat and sunday. Bar staff and breakfast staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. One of the Receptionists not very helpful especially as had a bit of trouble with the parking. Beware - I was very upset at how nonchalent she was with regard to the issue and no help at all."

"Stayed one night in comfort double no view overlooking roof tops. Advertises free parking but struggled to find a spot had to park on the rd (2hr max) until a spot became available. So think the description should be limited free parking. Staff on reception lovely and helpful room very clean stairs and landing grubby could also do with a new carpet & lick of paint. Nice breakfast choices but service a little hit & miss. Overall enjoyable Thank you"
