We were so excited to visit Blackpool our first holiday in 10 years. But the holiday at balmoral hotel on the seafront was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had as the triple room was horrendous as the single bed had springs poking through the mattress. The double bed was on blocks at one side because the room was going south, like the door it was 2 inches shorter at one end than the other. The bathroom was that tiny you couldn’t turn around in it.
