From the minute you walk in, you can see this hotel is a dump. Nobody has any teeth? Breakfast rubbish, never again

There was no cold running water in the bedroom the mattress was ill fitted no window opening in the bedroom stuck down with paint job needs an overall good clean bed light not working carpets need cleaning or replacing would not stay here again or recommend reception very untidy and unclean. The outside could do with a painting not a good impression

Although a few areas in our bathroom need some repairs our stay was excellent value for money. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were very helpful.

We had room 20 it was clean cosy and had a working tv and remote . There was plenty of coffee tea and milk. Bed was comfy and we were given fresh towels . Shower was nice and hot . Absolutely brilliant for a budget hotel . I would stay again .

When we arrived we wàs informed that the lift was out of order, the receptionist ( owner i think) was really helpful and shown us two different rooms to change to.the continental breakfast was free ,which was lovely. The hotel was in a great location for all the bars etc, shame about the street, lot of hotels abandoned but having said that well worth the money at the arncliffe and would definitely return.

Run down, staff shooed us out at 10.30 despite check out being 11 on Expedia website. Room was however clean and good location. Wouldn’t stay for longer than a night.
