Beautiful, spotlessly clean guest house, ample sized fresh rooms, no squeaky floorboards, very helpful and attentive hosts. Very well located, parking close by, highly recommended indeed.

Welcoming hosts, would stay again

Lisa and Wayne were so welcoming and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay! Clean, good room size and amenities with a lovely bar area and pool table too downstairs. Good location near central pier. Would definitely stay here again 😊

The gem of Blackpool!

Choosing a guesthouse in Blackpool was a minefield! But this is the gem of guesthouses! Its location is excellent, our hosts were welcoming and the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Had two great nights sleep and I’m already looking in to booking again next year!

Arrived at the property around 11:30am and was greeted with the most polite woman, was locatied to our room with ease, and entered a perfectly sized double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. We are surprised how beatufiul the hotel was as we paid so little. Destination is perfect right in the middle of all the attractions. Definately booking again.

The location was great with only a couple of steps from the central pier, rooms were absolutely spotless and the owners couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The hotel itself was very quiet.

Our room was spacious,well decorated and very clean. Lovely sized bathroom, with towels that were soft and smelled amazing. Everything you needed, including fresh milk in the fridge and topped up as much as you wwanted

Sharon was lovely when she greeted us at the property and gave us the keys. The family room we had was a good size and decorated well. The bed was comfy and the shower a good size and worked well. Only small issues we had was the window sill in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned for a while, which was disappointing as it was the only place to store items in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and the plug in the sink also didn't work and got stuck but both of these my hubby managed to fix himself. The hotel is close to the promenade so be prepared for noise going on to the early hours although it isn't too bad. The worst noise came from the others in the hotel. The front door has no catch on it meaning it slams very hard unless you stop it and of course it seems no one else did, so I was woken several times by that. We were in a room between two who obviously knew each other so there was shouting across the corridor and banging of doors and the people above stomped so loud the lamp shade in our room jingled. But the hotel can't help how people act, and overall I would recommend this place to stay if you want a hotel close to the promenade and the Central pier as it is an excellent location.
