"When I arrived, I was shocked to find a major leakage from the toilet flooding into the hall. I immediately informed the person who gave me the key so that the place was unlivable, but they dismissed me and they told me “take it or leave it” — extremely rude and careless.Because of this, I had no choice but to book another property last-minute and ended up paying an extra 200 out of pocket.
