"The hotel and rooms are very clean, excellent service, very nice staff, close to the sea and the dolphinarium. There is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel owners are wonderful people. They gave us good recommendations, information about attractions, made sure we had a cheap taxi service. . The stay was very good and very enjoyable."

"Przyjechaliśmy rano, zapytaliśmy o naszą rezerwację, recepcjonista nic nie rozumiał, zaprowadził nas do pokoju i powiedział, że noc kosztuje 100 GEL (vs. Rezerwacja 7 GEL). Powiedzieliśmy mu, że tyle nie zapłacimy i się zgodził słowami "no 100 lari, no". Przespalismy się kilka godzin i znowu chciano od nas 100 lari, albo przenieść nas do tańszego pokoju za 50 lari (bez podwójnego łóżka, kabiny prysznicowej, klimatyzacji). Odmowilismy i wyszliśmy. Poinformowalimy kelnera, który chociaż trochę...
