"Great place to stay in Picton. Very clean with nice staff. The room had an awesome view with a balcony, and included a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise. As others have mentioned, parking is super tight, but we didn't have any problems with it. We would definitely stay here again!"

"After hours check in was simple and communicated well. They need to have the reservation and know you will be after 9:00, so let them know by 8:00 if possible. Room was quite clean and the beds were acceptable. Noise wasn't bad after the last truck left town and since we were on the last ferry to arrive in Picton. Will stay again"

"The view was Great! The place was spacious and clean. Need a fan in the upstairs since no A/C up there. The instructions in the key box were excellent. Would be nice to mention Oxley in the description. Enjoyed our stay, great location for walking. "
