"The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The maid service was terrible, daily forgetting to replenish things like toilet paper, coffee, water. Everyday I had to call the front desk to bring up supplies. The window ledges inside and outside on our balcony were filthy and there was trash on our balcony. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The main lobby, bar, restaurant were nice and food at the restaurant was decent."

"We stayed here May 15th - 16th. We checked in around 11:00 am. After check in, we left and then returned around 2:00 pm. There was a car in the parking lot already playing loud music that had subs so strong you could not even hear the music, just feel the vibrations, which were strong and unnerving. There were several people sitting in chairs around the vehicle and the vehicle doors were open. This continued, and around 4:30 pm we called the front desk to ask them to take care of it as it was vibrating the whole room. I do not know if anyone actually went out to handle it, but this continued. At around 10:30 pm this was still happening and we called the front desk again, they said they would send someone out. The music continued, and after 11:00 it finally stopped. That is at least 9 hours we were forced to listen to and be subjected to the vibrations from it in the hotel. Then we were then the bathroom, and the toilet is by itself in a small room with a door. The door was shut and the smell of marijuana then drifted down through the vents, filling the entire bathroom with an overwhelming stench. When the bathroom door was opened, the stench filled the entire room. We immediately gathered our belongings and checked out of the hotel, informing the front desk as to why we were leaving. They said a manager would be in on Monday. We also found a pill on the floor, which we threw away. The hotel smelled good but was not super clean in the rooms. Don't stay here."
