It was clean, great location near Hyde park . No coffee maker unfortunately, it was hot at nights , the heater wasn’t very well controlled. Also there was no water for drinking in rooms . Overall very good .

The room was a highlight, intelligently designed, well laid out, and genuinely comfortable from a usability perspective. Everything was exactly where you would expect it to be. Unfortunately, the bed undermined the entire experience. The mattress was notably uncomfortable, and the frame creaked with even minor movement. For a stay built around rest, that is not a small detail. Service was efficient but impersonal. Both the front desk and café staff handled tasks competently, but with little warmth or engagement. At checkout, there was no enquiry about the stay, which reinforced the overall impression that guests are processed rather than welcomed. I paid £40 for a late checkout until 2pm, which appeared not to have been communicated to housekeeping, as they entered the room while I was changing. An avoidable and unwelcome interruption. Overall, while the room design reflects clear thought and investment, the broader experience does not match that standard. It is a well-designed product let down by execution. I would not return, which is disappointing given how strong the fundamentals are.

Great courteous staff w/ nice Accomodations & updates . So close to transport too!

Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.
