The entrance is into a living room with a sofa and well-equipped eat-in kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms all complete with en suite bathrooms. One of the rooms is graced with a whirlpool bath that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The tavern is on the basement floor and is accessible by stairs. Here are: living room with sofa, table and chairs, TV and breakfast nook.
The villa is the result of a recent renovation, with excellent finishes and brand new furniture.

Villa Giove stands just outside the built-up area of the metropolitan city of Bari, halfway to Bitritto.
The location is ideal for exploring all the surrounding area. The center of Bari is only 10 km away. Nearby are the La Marchesa business center and the "San Nicola" stadium. The highway exit for the A14 is about 3 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
