The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was very good, Wi-Fi was reliable enough for work and video calls, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated being able to combine a business trip with easy access to the Eiger Express, Männlichen and the local hiking areas. The hotel manages to feel upscale without losing the atmosphere of Grindelwald. I would definitely stay here again, particularly for a longer visit."

They have towels at your request, and are very helpful!"

The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. Everything we tasted was of outstanding quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable."
