"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

"Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area."

"Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "

"Sweet suited apartments are in a fabulous location. Very close from the train station of St Anne’s on the sea and a quick walk from the promenade. The apartment itself was very clean and very comfortable. Lovely home touches aswell such as tea, milk and fresh fruit on arrival. Will definitely stay again. "

"Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!"

"Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. "Great place to stay locally, shame the sound proofing isn’t better as you can practically hear everything that happens in other apartments but other than that it was perfect. Was lacking a few things encase you wanted to self cook like oven proof dishes and chopping knives but I’m assuming there biggest clientele is people prefer to order in which I’m sadly not. I also received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was greatly appreciated"

"The old school house is in an old victorian building beautifully ornate. Extremely clean and so comfortable with modern vibes will definately be back. Bus stops practically outside property to visit Lytham or Blackpool or couple stops from St Annes definately recommend "

"The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. It does not look at all like the phot which is probably not the one we stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was not connected to the internet so no streaming conten.
