"Friendly staff at reception and housekeeping. Housekeeping manager helped with my suitcase to our car. Great location to walk 10 minutes downtown. Food in restaurant looked good but the vegetarian option not to our taste. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Christchurch. "

I wish they would’ve included omelettes in part of the buffet, if requested by a client, but other than that who was great. "The hotel was great. The front desk staff were so very helpful and courteous. It was also a great location for pick ups for several tours. The room was clean and the shared bathrooms were always very clean. The only down side, which I know you can't help, is that there is construction going on around the hotel. Otherwise I had a good experience."
