Adults only, No pets or children ( sorry, we love them too) convenient downtown location. Incredible landscaping, pool and almost 1 acre fully landscaped.incredible gardens behind gated walls. Formal rose garden. On site tenant. This historic home is the most unique home in the sierra.Downtown location, walk everywhere. Primary bedroom with King bed and adjoining bath room with large shower. 2 Queen bedrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs ) share an upstairs bathroom. Swimming Pool.
