Sparse, very basic but clean

We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. Small bedroom: no hanging space, one plug socket (used by lamp), only one half of a pair of curtains. Large bedroom: two hangers on a free-standing rail, only one bedside lamp. Lounge: no live TV channels despite the obvious lead trailing to a wall-mounted aerial. Slow WiFi for streaming. Positives Close to Bishop Auckland. Complimentary tea/coffee, kitchen & toilet roll. Comfortable bedding and soft towels.
