"I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."

He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience. Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice. There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby.
