The first room was dirty so they moved us to another room. We get to the next room as we begin to lay down we notice little black spots on the bed and they were bed bugs so we didn’t even get to stay the night we just left

The receptionist was very nice it smelled good only disturbance which ended up funny was the people in the other room from us arguing but we made the most of it and I enjoyed my stay and I felt very safe.

Checked in and went to the room. Immediately could tell we had made a mistake. Place smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. Room had not even been cleaned. Got a refund and left and fortunately the was able to find somewhere else

Horrible property!
One of the worst properties ive ever stepped foot in. The lobby had such a strong smell, that it almost choked you. There was a clear smell of smoke throughout the hallway and into the room. Once in the room, there was another smell causing me to put my nose into my shirt. The carpet was filthy, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom seemed to have a greasy film over both. Worst of all, I had to stomp 2 roaches running across the kitchen floor. Garhered bags and left the room. Could not stay at this property.

This property was so nasty. The entry doors were covered in dirt and mud. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was mold in the shower. There were no pillow cases,bed wa snot made,holes in the wall. A lot of sketchy activities between people outside of hotel. The only good thing was the front desk the lady was so kind and sweet. We checked in walked to our room looked around and checked back out and got our money back. The people knew it was not live-able. Do not go here!

My worst nightmare
The overall appearance from the outside to the inside was not up to date or clean at all.
Greasy and nasty walls in kitchen
This was the window unit full of mold and mildew!!! The heat didn’t work

This hotel was adequate but very outdated. The hallway was dirty and it didn’t feel the safest. The room was ok but outdated. The bed was comfortable but only a thin blanket and three half size pillows. No chair for the desk, hairdryer or paper towels for the kitchen.

There was nothing I liked. The receptionist was rude and hateful. Threatened to cancel my reservation when I expressed concern about having to pay a100.00 deposit. Room was infested with cockroaches and the heat barley worked. The face of the unit kept falling off.

My apologies for any inconveniences during your stay. There is mention of the 100 deposit on all booking sites so that guest is aware prior to check in. Room issues can better be addressed while you are still there, even if it requires a room change. But if we're not made aware of your problem, we can't fix it. I had a wait to check in, but I am patient. Once settled, I was tried and was pleased with the space, the kitchenette, and floor plan. I DO NOT like the roaches. I never experienced this level of roach infestation in a hotel. EVER. I did not over react. I stayed because of the budget and space and we had a refrigerator to keep things and we were only there overnight. I thought I could be tough, but I went to Walmart to get bug spray. I used it. It was only about 10 hours before the work day would start, so we settled in.

The hotel is old and very dirty. It is not kept well or even clean at all. Hall way filled with smoke. When we first check in they gave us a room that was occupied. They gave us another room afterwards. The room was dirty and very dusty. The pull out sofa bed mattress is very dirty. We asked for linens but were not available. Overall conditions is very bad.

My stay at this hotel was well below what the pictures showed. The bathroom was nasty. Mold and mildew on walls. I asked for handicapped room and it was not. In fact, the bar that wasbin the bathroom was coming unglued and was dangerous to use. The towel rack fell off the wall. The air was cool and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I took no photos.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property is utterly disgusting. The carpets were stained, there was blood and feces on the wall. The refrigerator and freezer were filthy. The bathroom was covered in mold. The pillows had blood stains on them.

If you don't want to inhale marijuana smoke, night and day, don't stay here. It permeated the halls and seeping into the room. Plus, half of the safety latch had been pulled off the door, indicating the door had previously been forced open, and there was a 3/4-inch gap between the door and the door jamb. Definitely not safe for a woman traveling alone. The manager was nice, offered another room, but, even checking in at midnight, I could not stay there.

This property called me 3 hours before check in and told me that they couldn’t honor my reservation due to plumbing issues. While the lady is telling me this she put me on hold but didn’t mute the call! I heard her be very cheerful to another customer and telling them that they would have a room for them. When she returned to my phone call, she was putting on this so sad voice and telling me she was so sorry! When I told her that they were overbooked and she was giving my room to someone else, she said “I’m so sorry you feel like that”!

The room was very dirty. The beds were stained, the fridge had something sticky all over it, as did the floor. The bathroom was not well cleaned, the tub was dirty, and there was dirt in every corner or the room. There were only sheets on the beds and the pillows were tossed next to the beds. Very disappointing
