    The flat is located in a superb location, within 8 minute walk from the train station and 3 minute walk from Coventry City Centre. Right next to the property there is a modern aqua park - The Wave.

    Parking is located under the building (max. 2.2m high vehicles) and the main gate can be accessed off Greyfriars Road. There is an allocated parking space for the flat, right next to the parking space there is a key safe with key provided for the ease of access to all facilities. More instructions are provided via email on the day of checking in.

    Flat is clean, tidy and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We are also happy to assist our guests with their requests.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
After a long international flight from the United States to the United Kingdom, we arrived at the property expecting a comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was not at all as advertised.Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several serious issues:The apartment was very dirty and had clearly not been cleaned to an acceptable standard.There were multiple damages throughout the property.There was active construction surrounding the building, which had not been disclosed in the listing prior to our booking.The building’s fire alarm/fire detector was repeatedly sounding throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep.We specifically chose to book through VRBO because we trust that properties listed on your platform meet certain quality and safety standards. Based on our experience, this property clearly did not. Had the true condition of the apartment and the surrounding construction been accurately disclosed, we would never have booked this accommodation.
